This introductory course is aimed at the New Processor. Covered are all the basic elements of conventional lending, as well as file creation and an intro to automated underwriting. Special emphasis is placed on verifications, income documentation, and complete file documentation. We will cover credit reports, understanding the appraisal, documentation, processing the file, closing, and customer handling techniques to bring back your clients loan after loan! Several practice cases are used.
